Born: 1952, Zagreb in former

PERSONAL BACKGROUND INFO:
His formative years were spent on a small farm, in an extended family
environment where most of the work was done manually in a traditional manner.
This idyllic experience gave him an understanding of man's relationship with
nature and developed his strong work ethic. His grandmother was quick to
recognize and encourage his talent even in his preschool years. This love for
drawing has remained with him and is the backbone of all his work.
